Description

During the Venice carnival, enjoy an exceptional festive evening aboard a traditional galleon.

When you arrive on board, the crew will serve you a welcome drink to open the evening's festivities.

The boat will then set off on a tour of Murano, Burano and Torcello, giving you the chance to admire the islands of the Venetian lagoon.

As you sail through the bay, enjoy a carnival buffet composed of regional specialities prepared by the on-board chef.

Throughout the entire cruise there will be live music playing aboard your magnificent vessel. Celebrate to the sounds of the canival trumpets as you taste some traditional frittelle di carnavale and regional wine (or soft drinks).

The galleon will stop in front of St. Mark's Square, where you will make a toast to the Venice Carnival, before cruising on into the night.

This activity is available on certain nights during the Venice carnival only!

  • The open bar applies to wines from the Veneto region, water, sodas, beer and Prosecco. Other types of liquor are available at an extra fee
  • Please note that even though some benches are available, this cruise is a buffet cruise and not a sit-down dinner
  • This activity is accessible for people with reduced mobility
  • Children under 18 can take part but do not benefit from any discount
  • Please arrive 15 minutes early for boarding. The boat will not wait for latecomers and no refund will be provided

However, once the boarding is done, if it is not possible to leave the dock or to start/continue sailing due to technical/climatic reasons or closing of harbour due to order of the competent authority you will not be refunded
  • The event will take place even with adverse weather condition as the Galleon is equipped with a covering structure and has heating
  • It is well-recommended to wear a carnival costume or a mask
