Description

Discover the islands of Murano, Burano and Torcello on a boat trip from Venice!

You'll board a motorized boat from central Venice to explore the lagoon's three most famous islands.

Your first port of call will be Murano, renowned for its glass craftsmanship. You'll visit a traditional glassworks where you'll watch a glass-blowing demonstration, discovering an age-old skill.

Then on to Burano, famous for its brightly-colored houses and lace-making tradition. You'll have free time to stroll through the picturesque alleyways, admire the canals and perhaps meet some local lacemakers.

Finally, you'll visit Torcello, one of the first inhabited areas of the lagoon. Here you can discover the Cathedral of Santa Maria Assunta, known for its Byzantine mosaics, and enjoy the peace and quiet of this peaceful island.

Throughout the excursion, your multilingual guide will share with you information about the history and culture of these unique islands.

On the way back, you'll once again have the opportunity to admire the Venetian lagoon in all its splendor!

Entrance to Torcello's churches is not included
As the boat is covered, the excursion is guaranteed even in the event of rain or snow. For more exceptional weather conditions, this activity will be postponed or cancelled
This excursion is not accessible for people with reduced mobility or in wheelchairs
In the event of special events (such as the historic regatta on September 5 and the Burano regatta on September 19), the itinerary may be subject to variations due to the decrees of the Municipality of Venice, and the stop at Burano may not be available for tour
