Description

Both beginner and advanced runners are welcome to take part in this running session in Tenerife!

You will be picked up at your hotel in Tenerife, and once you meet your guide, they will choose the best route based on the weather and your ability. At your own pace, set out on one of the following routes:

  • La Caldera: route through the forest that offers a panoramic view of the La Ortava Valley and Mount Teide
  • La Esperanza: route through the biggest forest on the island, with beautiful views of the island. This route is often taken by hikers
  • Anaga: This national park that is part of UNESCO's world heritage list is known for its biodiversity, and is located in the northern part of the island
  • Teide National Park: The path crosses through volcanic rock; the altitude and humidity make this route the most challenging

Water, snacks, and food will be available before, during, and after your session. Enjoy running and discovering Tenerife at the same time.

Important information

  • Validity: Monday, Tuesday, Friday and Saturday (except in exceptional cases)
  • Time: 9am, pick-up from your hotel is between 8am and 9am, the exact time will be confirmed the day before your activity
  • Duration: approx. 4h including 2h run and transport, return to your hotel between 2pm and 3:30pm
  • Starting point: your hotel in Tenerife, or meet at the pick-up points (North: Carretera Botanico, Puerto de la Cruz / South: Puerto Colon)

     
  • This activity is not suitable for children under 14
  • We advise you to bring comfortable clothes and shoes, suitable for running
