Hike to the top of Corcovado – one of the most famous granite mountains in the world – to reach the imposing Christ the Redeemer statue.
Situated in the heart of the Tijuca Forest National Park, Corcovado and its Christ the Redeemer statue are among Brazil's most famous landmarks. This route will take you from Parque Lage through the tropical forest with its hundred year-old palm trees, and ultimately to the top of Corcovado where you will be able to enjoy an unbeatable view over the city of Rio.
