VIP Private Transfer: Paris to Orly Airport

• Validity: every day (except December 24, December 31 and other exceptional dates)
• Departure times: the airport transfer service is available for flights taking off between 4am and 9pm
• Duration: the duration depends on traffic and your departure point
• Departure point: any address within Paris (postcodes starting 75)

• All mini-vans are air-conditioned, non-smoking and equipped with GPS
• Bookings must be made at least 48 hours in advance

Private shuttle transfer service: the driver will collect the client from their address in Paris and take them directly to Orly airport Paris. In the event of any problems, customers can contact the service provider either from a phone box (for free), or from a mobile phone

• Departure procedure: for a transfer returning to an airport, the client must call the driver at least 48 hours before their departure from Paris to confirm the exact time of the pick-up (pick-up times are always 4 hours before take-off for airport transfers). Should the customer miss the pick-up time, the driver will wait a maximum of 5 minutes before leaving the pick-up address. Beyond this point, the carrier is no longer responsible for transferring the customer and reserves the right to refuse a refund. At any given time, the carrier cannot be held responsible for a customer's missed flight, train, meeting or other transport
• The carrier can only collect and drop off clients from/to addresses within Paris itself, that is from hotels and other addresses whose postcodes begin with 75.
• Should a customer wish to be collected from or taken to an address outside Paris, the carrier reserves the right not to oblige, or, should they do so, to ask that a supplementary fee be paid. The price of this fee is to be fixed by the carrier and and is payable on the spot; it will vary according to the time and place of the transfer, and the distance to be covered.
• Children: we advise customers traveling with a baby to bring their own car seat. Customers travelling with their own car seat for children must take full responsability for attaching the seat and for the safety of the child in it
• Luggage: each customer can take 1 standard sized suitcase and one piece of hand luggage in the car. The carrier / driver reserve the right to charge a supplementary fee for every additional item. Should there not be enough space for supplementary luggage, the carrier reserves the right to refuse the customer their transfer. A full list of charges for additional luggage can be obtained from the carrier.
• Animals: the carrier reserves the right to classify animals of any kind as supplementary luggage; as such, should there not be enough space for supplemenary luggage, the carrier reserves the right to refuse the customer their transfer.
• Please note that transfers are no longer available after 9:30pm maximum. Beyond this time, your reservation will be refused
