Explore the Saint Germain des Prés area on a guided tour and discover the various local culinary specialities
On your way, you'll have the chance to make several stops at local artisans who will let you taste their products.
You will meet your guide in front of the church of Saint Germain des Prés, where you will be given a brief introduction. You'll head off in the direction of a craft jam shop, where you'll have the chance to do a "blind test" and guess the sometimes unusual flavours of several jams you'll taste.
Your guide will introduce you to the flavours of Provence by taking you to an olive oil shop, which you can also taste. You will then go to a patissier awarded "Best Craftsperson in France" where you will be able to choose a pastry to taste, as well as two squares of chocolate.
You will then go to a restaurant where you will share a dish (depending on the day's menu and availability) and drink a glass of wine.
The tour ends with a tasting of cheeses from south-east France accompanied by a baguette in a typical Paris cheese cellar.
