You'll meet your guide in the historic centre of New Orleans and begin your food tour. You'll visit the French Quarter and sample local specialities. You'll learn more about the region's cultural mix, which influences local ingredients and recipes.

Your first stop will be at a café to sample one of the city's best-known specialities: the famous doughnut! You'll then stop off at the French Market. It is the oldest market in the USA! You'll find products and foods from all over the world. You can also sample local produce. 

You'll continue your stroll through the French Quarter with your guide and get to enjoy a tasty Cajun dish! You'll also have the chance to try the famous "Gumbo", a spicy typical Louisiana dish. Your guide will tell you more about the history of Tabasco, which originated in Louisiana.

The tour ends with a sweet treat made from sugar cane and pecans.
