Enjoy a private tour of the Stonehenge site at sunrise or sunset and explore Lacock and Bath on an excursion from London !
From central London, at sunrise, you'll be driven to Stonehenge. The sun will begin to make its appearance, and you'll enter the stone circle before it opens to the general public. This historic site is traditionally closed to the public at these times. As a private group, you'll be able to contemplate this UNESCO World Heritage Site, while listening to your guide's comments and anecdotes !
You'll then head to the village of Lacock, where many film scenes were shot, such as for the movies " Harry Potter " or " Pride and Prejudice ".
You'll enjoy a stroll through the village before savoring an optional breakfast or early evening dinner (depending on your selected schedule) at a 14th-century inn, The George Inn (meal not included).
You'll then head to the Georgian town of Bath, where you'll have the opportunity to visit its Abbey, go shopping or stroll over the Pulteney Bridge, inspired by Florence's famous Ponte Vecchio.
Your guide will also take you on an optional walking tour of the 17th-century Sally Lunn Tea Room and the Jane Austen Museum (tour and entrance fees not included). You'll then enter Bath's famous Roman Baths and the Pump Room.
If you've selected the sunset timetable, you'll begin with a tour of Bath, followed by the village of Lacock and then a visit to Stonehenge after the site closes to the general public.
