Description

Join Ginette on a bike ride to Windsor. Follow the banks of the River Thames from Shepperton to the town of Windsor and the grand Windsor Castle, Queen Elizabeth's summer residence!

During your idyllic cycle ride along the great English river, you'll pass historic houses, traditional pubs and learn how old canal locks work. This ride is an opportunity to find out about the region's history in a relaxed, friendly atmosphere.

If you choose a full-day trip, you will start further away from Windsor at Hampton Court, the royal palace built by Henry VIII, and take a ferry across the river. At tea time, Ginette will invite you for traditional English refreshments.
