At Bazaar Meat, set up in the Palazzo, you'll enjoy an original selection, such as foie gras lollipops wrapped in cotton candy, thin slices of Cinco Jotas Iberian ham from 100% acorn-fed pigs, accompanied by a piece of Kobe A5 beef, grilled at the table on a Japanese cooking stone. All accompanied by an original cocktail like the "Floral Cloud", served under a cloud of fragrant hibiscus.
You'll continue your dinner at Prime Steakhouse, in an elegant setting facing the Bellagio's famous fountains. The menu features exceptional meats such as bacon lacquered with maple syrup and black pepper, F1 New York Strip and sides such as gratin Dauphinois or broccoli with pistachios.
