Discover Japanese cuisine and learn how to cook your own bento!
Bento is an essential part of Japanese cuisine. They are individual meals presented in a box, made up of several foods and generally eaten at lunchtime. A bento usually contains rice, meat or fish, as well as cooked and fermented vegetables on the side.
