Description

Reserve your ticket for the Boboli gardens, and see the Porcelain museum of Florence!

Begin the tour with a visit to the Porcelain museum, which is located in the sumptuous Pitti Palace, which is known for having been the residence of the Medicis as well as other famous families. It was opened to the public in 1919.

As you traverse the palace, discover a large collection of objects that was gathered over successive generations. Walk through the hallways where the most powerful family in Florence once walked, and admire the beautiful renaissance style.

Following the visit to the palace, head out to the Boboli and Bernardini gardens (which are several minutes from the palace). The Boboli garden is a perfect example of an Italian garden; here you can admire the sculptures which come from many different time periods, including Roman antiquity and the 20th century.

In the Bernardini garden, see the 6 different mosaic fountains, and climb up to the gazebo to have an amazing view of Florence.

Let yourself be transported to a different time, and make the most of Florentine life!
