In 2021, Dubai hosted the World Expo, which attracted millions of visitors from all over the world! 192 countries showcased their groundbreaking creations and innovations around the theme of "Connecting Minds, Shaping the Future".
Today, the site of the Universal Exhibition is being transformed into a dynamic new district, with numerous restaurants, shops and even homes and offices moving in. The space has been refurbished, but the Expo pavilions remain. They are not free and are included in the "attractions pass".
With your pass, you are free to explore the Mobility, Opportunity and Sustainability districts. Take a look at the pavilions and see what innovations each country has to offer. You can also visit the themed pavilions, such as the Vision's Pavillion and the Women's Pavillion, which were a great success at the Expo.
