Begin your visit in San Cristobal Square. Take in the unique views of Cuzco from this square located on San Cristóbal hill.
Stop off at San Pedro square and check out the open-air market. Wander through the stalls, taste some local products, and learn more about the market.
Continue your visit at the Coricancha Temple, the name of which means 'Temple of the Sun' in Quechua. This impressive building was 140 metres long and 135 metres wide and housed mummies.
Next, discover the white-walled San Blas church in the heart of the artists' quarter, which was built in 1536, and then continue down Hatun Rumiyoc Street, which is lined with impressive polygonal stone walls. These walls were built without the use of mortar, the stones fitting together perfectly. Halfway down you'll spot the Inca Roca Palace with the 12-angled stone.
Your tour will finish in the central square with a visit to the cathedral, which houses many works of colonial art.
