Description

Go on a guided tour of Chicago's culinary specialities!

Discover Chicago's culinary specialities in the course of an afternoon, with a friendly, small, guided tour in the River North neighbourhood.

You'll first get to taste a Chicago hot dog, known for its pickle, relish and white onion topping. It's a favourite on-the-go meal in the US. You'll then go to a typical pizzeria where you can enjoy Chicago's famous deep-pan pizza. This pizza originated in the 1940s when the population needed hearty, inexpensive dishes.

Finally, you'll also be able to try an Italian beef, an authentic Chicago Italian beef sandwich. This sandwich originated in the early 1930s and is still as popular as ever. At the end of your guided tour, you'll be given access to Chicago's raised railway system.
